I believe the soul yearns for two things: to have meaning or a purpose and to know love. By now, we all know life can throw punches, and we can just lose sight of who we are. Our hearts break, and to get back to love, our true self, can seem daunting. Where do we begin?
It is so easy to retreat to our small self.
We get scared, and trust is broken in others and especially in ourselves.
We are intended to expand and enjoy life. What is it that you want to do or be? What gets your heart pumping? Let's be brave and go back out again! ;) And dance! ;) Or do whatever it is you love!
The word courage is to run with heart. And I believe we use our minds too much. We "know" things. Our minds can be so cluttered in a sea of ideas, opinions, and Google that we get lost! Our path to what keeps us "centered in peace" is all over the place! Well, maybe it is time to unlearn! ;) Clarify and simplify to rediscover yourself. Find your kind of FUN!
It is always the heart that keeps us living. Without it, our life is dull.
They say, "If we can't transform energy, it always transmits. We can't sweep away situations, but we can move through them and transform ourselves to create a different story. If we do not do the work of transformation and expanding, the energy transmits into some negative state like addiction or just being stuck on the couch and trickles down to everyone in your life."
For sure, some would rather keep "the devil" they know than risk what they do not know. It is up to you. Remember, the longer you stay with "the devil," your heart is being chipped away and is an energy drainer. But always, your heart will be there when ready. Let's go now! ;)

The heart is the most important and one of the strongest muscles we have. We just need to surround ourselves with different thoughts and activities that are good for us, for our soul, and that make us laugh and smile.
